Service Limitations:
AC performance may depend on factors beyond our control, such as external temperature conditions, electrical supply issues, and system age. We cannot guarantee indefinite cooling efficiency or operation after repairs, especially in older or heavily used units.
Refrigerant Handling:
AC gas refilling is done following industry safety standards. However, we are not liable for refrigerant leaks caused by pre-existing system faults or damages that may develop after servicing.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are advised to follow proper maintenance and servicing schedules as recommended by our technicians. Any further issues arising from negligence or failure to adhere to maintenance guidelines will not be covered by our service guarantees.
Third-Party Products & Parts:
If replacement parts are required, we may use manufacturer-approved or equivalent components. However, we are not responsible for any failures or defects related to third-party parts not supplied directly by us.
